Our public test server has been updated with a new version. In order to test the load on this server, we will be hosting two load testing events. The goal is quite simple: Play as much as you can. If the login queue is long, don’t worry! That means that there is high activity on the server and we are getting the data we need.

If we get enough players on the test server, we will send gifts to all active players in the live game worlds.

The rewards for the first load test will be sent next week.

• Test 1: Thursday, 28th of March 5:00AM – 8:00AM PST

• Test 2: Friday, 05th of April 5:00AM – 8:00AM PST

As of April 3rd, Ubisoft’s Uplay service will get an update which will affect how you login to the Settlers Online: Castle Empire. Currently you can log into Uplay by using either your email address or by using your Uplay account name. However, on April 3rd, the ability to login with your Uplay account name will be disabled. From then on, you can only login into your Uplay account by using your email address. For more information and help on how to find out your Uplay email address, please visit our official forum post by Clicking here. If you get an error going to the forums, hit back and try again.

Those who login with Facebook should not be affected by this change.

The much anticipated Easter Event is finally here! Everyone, prepare your Easter baskets, because festive Easter Eggs will be the main resource of this event. You can get these colorful eggs from quests, treasure hunts, and, of course, the shop. There will also be 20% more Gems in every Gem bundle until the Easter Event ends.

As a reminder, the Settlers Online servers will come down Wednesday night at 11:45PM PT (2:45AM EST) for a 5 hour maintenance. The game will be playable, and Easter will be live at 5:00AM (PT). During this time, the website may be down.
