Due to a server issue, customer support tickets sent between Nov 15th, 21:00 CET and November 17th, 12:30 CET may not have reached our Support team’s mailbox.

If you submitted a new ticket (or replied to an existing one) during this time period and do not receive a reply by Friday, November 18th at 13:00 CET, we kindly ask you to re-submit your request/reply. Our Support teams will respond as soon as possible.

Please note: Tickets opened or replied to outside of the aforementioned time period are not affected and don’t need to be re-submitted.
