Can I use several user accounts?
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions, only 1 user account may be used per physical person. If you use more than one account, thereby giving you an unfair advantage over other players in the game, we reserve the right to close your user account immediately and without prior notice (see GTC para 8.4).
Do I get a reward for inviting friends?
YES! If the friend you invite to the game purchases something from the Shop you will receive 200 Gems!
Note: This will not work with gems from the tutorial
How can I change my avatar?
Unfortunately it is not possible at the moment, but we plan on having avatar changes be implemented in the future.
How can I change the language of the game?
As this is the US version of The Settlers Online, it's not possible to change the language of the game from English.
How do I change my Password?
To change your password, go to My Profile on the main website and select "Change Uplay Password." There will be further instructions on how to change your password.
How do I delete my user account?
Please go into "My Profile". Select "Delete Account". Enter your current password and click the link "Delete Account" once again.
How do I invite my friends to play?
Go to My Profile on the front page and select "Invite Friends." You will arrive in an area where you can enter your (real) name and your friend's name/email address.
Click "Send Invitation." Your friend will receive your invitation email and they will immediately be able to join you! Be sure that they select the same server that you are on (Zeus or Ares).
How do I log into the Game?
Go to the Homepage and enter your Username and Password. Click on Play Now to begin playing!
I can't log in, or I'm having problems. What should I do?
Please contact customer support via a ticket.
Click on the above linke and fill out the contact form, then click send. A customer support representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Why didn't I receive a newsletter?
Newsletters with voucher codes are sent to active players from time to time. Check the list below to make sure you'll receive our email newsletter:
- Be active
Did you play at least once during the last 3 months?
- Have a valid email address
Is your email address still valid?
Check this under "My Profile". You'll find the opportunity to change it there, or a link to the provider you registered with (i.e. Facebook, Uplay).
- Have a verified email address
You can only subscribe to our newsletter if your email address has been verified. Please check the newsletter section at the "My Profile" page.
- Check the newsletter subscription
Check if you have ticked the checkbox to receive newsletters at the "My Profile" page / newsletter section.
- Check your Spam folder
Sometimes newsletters can be categorized as spam by mistake. Check your spam folder carefully before emptying it.
If your email address is valid and you are subscribed to the newsletter, but still haven't received an email when other players did, please contact our support with a web ticket.
