Ubisoft will be working on database replication on Thursday, October 30th from 1:00 AM to 5:00 AM PDT. Uplay authentication and online features will likely be down during this maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Dear Settlers!

• What: Ubisoft infrastructure load test
• Date: Tuesday, 28th of Oct
• Time: Around 05:00 pm - 11:00 pm (PDT)
• Potential affects: Please see below

We are holding the third and last phase of our Ubisoft online infrastructure tests on Oct. 28 – 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm (PDT). As a result, we expect that all of Ubisoft’s online features and services will be unavailable for a few hours. During this time, players may experience disconnection from the multiplayer portions of their games and the inability to reconnect to them or to other Ubisoft online features and services. (Single player and offline play should still be available, minus leaderboards.)

We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding as we work to improve our infrastructure and ensure the best possible experience for players this holiday season.

Back in June, we started our Community Representative Program trial and asked for volunteers to assist with specific project work.

The program is now wrapping up and I want to present:

• A beginner’s guide with the goal of helping beginner players to find some basic information to play The Settlers Online.

I would like to thank Moonlime for all the time and effort in putting this together.
