It’s that time of year again! Time to break out the milk and delicious cookies in hopes that Santa will bring you everything you wished for this year. In order to make sure you get just the right gift, you’ll have to leave a wish list for him! Not much can beat curling up in a quilt with a piping warm cookie as you look out the window, watching a gentle snowfall. The only thing more wonderful than that is playing The Settlers Online at the same time! Log in and check out all the fantastic changes introduced to the game. They're live now!

PvP Preview

One of the most hotly anticipated updates to The Settlers Online is PvP! In our Dev Diary posted last week, we were happy to share some more information, hot off the presses.

A major concern for some players was the safety of their island, and it’s been announced that it will not be possible to attack the home islands of other players in PvP. That means that there will be separate islands for PvP! New types of islands will be added to the game for players to conquer and defend.

Hello, Settlers!

We have a new round of information from the developers about the game's stability and speed. There are several upgrades coming along, including server and infrastructure updates. Even more importantly, a solution have been reached for getting around that pesky "Bounty Hunter" adventure issue. As a reminder, the Settlers Online servers will come down on Wednesday night at 11:45PM PT(2:45AM EST) for a 5 hour maintenance. The game will be playable at 5:00AM (PT). During this time, the website may be down.
